We are looking for research engineers who willing to make contributions to a unique NLP product to serve customers better.
Responsibilities:
- Becoming a part of the R&D team and contributing to the AI product using techniques from current literature.
- Partner with various departments (e.g. Product, Engineering, etc.) to frame problems
- Evaluate the quality of the trained models, using existing and new measures
- Maintenance and improvement of the existing model development pipeline
- Produce ad-hoc analysis/investigations on the modeling pipeline
- Document parts of the modeling/testing process
- Support development, enhancement, and maintenance of training datasets
- Research and evaluate state-of-the-art AI algorithms for natural language processing, customer experience analysis, machine comprehension, intelligent dialogue system.
- Reporting R&D projects’ outcomes.
- Making ad-hoc analysis to show the performance of the R&D projects on real datasets.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience of Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, Keras, Pytorch.
- Understanding of how and when to apply different Machine Learning algorithms
- Experience in descriptive statistics and visualization
- Excellent problem-solving skills, innovative thinking, and ability to lead new research projects
- A mathematical background (Probability and Statistics)
- Experience in Python language and related libraries.
- Knowledge in Natural Language Processing methods.
- Experience in Applied NLP in Industrial
- MSc in related fields (NLP, Deep Learning, Machine Learning)
- Theoretical knowledge in Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts. ( Loss, Training, Regularization, Cross-Validation, and Evaluation Techniques)
- Strong technical writing and oral communication skills
Highly preferred:
- Ph.D. or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Computational Linguistics, AI or related field.
- Being good at researching ideas and formulating creative solutions to sophisticated problems
